Take a gander at Winnipeg Crime Stoppers’ most wanted for September. You could get cash for tips that lead to an arrest.

One of this month’s individuals is wanted by Winnipeg police in relation to a March homicide. Several others are being actively pursued because they’ve breached conditions of their release.

Breanne Bruyere is wanted for manslaughter and obstruct justice in relation to the Edgar Bear homicide that occurred in the 1000 block of Selkirk Avenue on March 18. Do not approach Bruyere as she is considered violent and has access to weapons.

Brent Lang was arrested for multiple sexual assault related criminal offences and then released in accordance with the Criminal Code of Canada with several conditions. On June 10 two arrest warrants were issued for Lang for not following several of these conditions.

Winnipeg police have made several attempts to locate Byron McDougall in an assault investigation. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of McDougall in relation to this investigation.

Casey Ladouceur was arrested for multiple violent criminal offences and then released in accordance with the Criminal Code of Canada with several conditions. On January 4 four arrest warrants were issued for Ladouceur for not following several of these conditions.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Landen Paizen-Loon in regards to an assault investigation. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Paizen-Loon in relation to this investigation.

Nicholas Stanton was arrested for multiple criminal offences, including firearms-related ones, and then released in accordance with the Criminal Code of Canada with several conditions including attending court as directed. Between Dec. 28, 2022, and Feb. 13, 2023, three arrest warrants were issued for Stanton for not following several of these conditions.

Winnipeg police have made several attempts to locate Robert Kraeker in regards to a possess goods obtained by crime investigation. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Kraeker in relation to this investigation.

Winnipeg police have made several attempts to locate Troy Burrows in regards to several theft and commercial theft investigations. Between July and September of this year, four warrants have been issued for the arrest of Burrows in relation to these investigations.
