Winnipeg police are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a man wanted in the murder of a 26-year-old man from St. Theresa Point in late February.
Kevin Delaney Flett was found critically injured in the area of Maryland Street and Wellington Avenue on Feb. 25 and declared deceased in hospital.

About two weeks later, police released photos of a “person of interest” in the case they were hoping to identify. Tyson Custer Harper, 30, was named as a suspect in Flett’s death and is wanted for second-degree murder.
