A young boy is dead after falling from a window on the 19th floor of a Winnipeg high-rise on Thanksgiving Day according to the Winnipeg Police Service.
The WPS says that the incident took place on Monday evening in the Central Park neighbourhood.
The Canadian Press reports that the four-year-old was taken to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The WPS tells the Canadian Press that its child abuse unit determined the fall to be accidental. As a result, no arrests have been made.
