Two individuals were taken to the hospital in stable condition on Sunday evening following an apartment fire in Jefferson.
At 7:16 p.m., on February 2, the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service (WFPS) responded to reports of a fire in an apartment building in the 700 block of McGregor Street.
Fire crews attacked the fire and declared it under control at 7:31 p.m.
Four individuals were treated by paramedics while two of them were transported to the hospital in stable condition.
The City of Winnipeg’s Emergency Social Services team responded to the scene to provide temporary support for affected residents.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
