The Winnipeg Goldeyes took a day off the field Monday to help people experiencing homelessness in Winnipeg.
The entire team visited Siloam Mission, where they prepared and served breakfast. The Goldeyes also sorted and hung donations in the clothing store, greeted the community, posed for photos and signed autographs.
This morning, as part of the Goldeyes Community Enhancement Program presented by @MBBlueCross, the entire team was on hand at @SiloamMission.

The Winnipeg Goldeyes will open up a three-game series on the road today against the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks. The game gets underway at 7:02 p.m.
Zac Reininger will take the mound for the Goldeyes, while the RedHawks are expected to counter with left-hander Tyler Grauer.
The Goldeyes’ next home game is on Friday, May 31 at 7 p.m. against the Lincoln Saltdogs.
