Take a gander at Winnipeg Crime Stoppers’ most wanted for July. You could get cash for tips that lead to an arrest.

One of this month’s eight most wanted are individuals who Winnipeg Police say they are actively pursuing in relation to various crime investigations including one in connection with retail theft.

Colin Bernardin-Hebert is serving his second federal sentence of two years for possession of a restricted firearm and possession of a firearm while prohibited.

Bernardin-Hebert began Statutory Release on April 11 and on June 10 a Canada wide warrant was issued after it was discovered he had breached conditions of his release.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Corey Cardinal in regards to assault and utter threats investigations. Two warrants have been issued for the arrest of Cardinal in relation to these investigations.

Stefan Blab was arrested for multiple criminal offences and then released in accordance with the Criminal Code of Canada with several conditions including abiding by a curfew. On May 9, Arrest Warrants were issued for Blab for not following these conditions.

On July 18, police officers were speaking with members of the public while in their marked police vehicle in the 300 block of Sherbrook when police said Waylon Paul approached the vehicle and threw a large metal object through the open vehicle window striking both of the officers. Both officers received treatment for injuries. Arrest warrants have been issued for Paul in relation to this matter.

Clayton Byron Starr is currently the subject of multiple Warrants to Arrest for failing to comply with release conditions related to sexual assault and forcible confinement charges he was incarcerated for. Investigators are attempting to locate Starr in regards to this investigation. Police advise not to approach Starr as he is considered dangerous.

Kelly Walsh was arrested for several criminal offences including being in possession of a controlled substance and then released in accordance with the Criminal Code of Canada with several conditions including not communicating with certain persons either directly or indirectly. On May 16, an Arrest Warrant was issued for Walsh for breaching conditions of her release.

Jordan Chief was arrested for being unlawfully in a dwelling house and then released in accordance with the Criminal Code of Canada with several conditions including attending court as directed. On April 30, an Arrest Warrant was issued for Chief for not attending court as directed.

Dylan Strykiwsky is serving his first federal sentence, a term of three years and four months for failing to comply, break and enter and robbery.

Strykiwsky began Statutory Release on June 4 and on June 15 a Canada wide warrant was issued after it was discovered he had breached conditions of his release.
