Manitoba RCMP will release information about homicides near McCreary on Friday.
Officers are scheduled to hold a news conference in Winnipeg at 4:30 p.m. CTV News Winnipeg will live-stream the event.
In a post on X, RCMP said officers from the Ste Rose du Lac detachment, along with Major Crime Services and Forensic Identification Services, are in the area, and there is no threat to public safety.
