Woman in critical condition after being hit by car in Winnipeg’s North End on Monday night.

Happened ay McPhillips Street and Machray Avenue around 9:30 p.m. Monday

Woman in critical condition after being hit by car in Winnipeg’s North End on Monday night.

Police say it happened around 9:30 p.m. at McPhillips Street and Machray Avenue. The woman was rushed to hospital while the driver remained on the scene.

Lanes in the area were closed until 4 a.m. Tuesday.

The investigation is still ongoing and police had no word on whether any charges are pending.
