Chef serves up cannabis-infused dishes in Winnipeg

Vancouver’s Travis Petersen, known as ‘the Nomad Cook,’ has been on a mission to make cannabis-infused dishes recognized as Canadian cuisine. He was in Winnipeg last week serving up a five-course dinner made with pot at a pop-up event. While cannabis as a dinner ingredient may not be for everyone, it’s all about the experience, he says.
