A gun call has brought out a large police presence to a busy intersection in Winnipeg’s West End.
A police spokesperson said they received a call about someone armed with a gun inside a building near Ellice Avenue and Sherbrook Street.
Several police cars as well as the Tactical Support Unit and an ambulance are set up in the area.
Sherbrook, north of Ellice, is completely blocked to traffic.
