Manitoba RCMP asks for help finding missing 11-year-old girl from Fairford

Police are asking the public for help finding an 11-year-old girl who went missing in Manitoba’s Interlake region this weekend.

Breeze Lynn Houle was last seen leaving an address on Townsite Road in Fairford — about  239 kilometres north of Winnipeg — on Saturday evening, police said in a release Monday afternoon.

The 11-year-old was reported missing Sunday. RCMP say her family is concerned about her well-being.

Police said it’s believed the girl got a ride and may be currently in Winnipeg. On Monday, police received a tip of a female walking southbound on Highway 6 toward Mulvihill, but patrols were not able to locate anyone.

The girl has brown hair with red bangs. She was last seen wearing a black jacket with blue jeans, carrying a backpack and brown purse.

Police said officers and family checked numerous places where she could’ve possibly gone to, but weren’t successful.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is being asked to call Gypsumville RCMP at 204-659-5224.
