A 23-year-old hasn’t been seen or heard from since Tuesday, when he was in Winnipeg’s Wolseley and West Broadway areas, police say.
Keltie Monaghan is described as five feet two inches tall with a thin build, short brown hair and hazel eyes.
He may be driving a 2007 Grey Nissan Altima with an Alberta licence plate CLH 7956, police said.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about Monaghan’s well-being and is requesting the public’s assistance in finding him.
