A 23-year-old hasn’t been seen or heard from since Tuesday, when he was in Winnipeg’s Wolseley and West Broadway areas, police say.
Keltie Monaghan is described as five feet two inches tall with a thin build, short brown hair and hazel eyes.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about Monaghan’s well-being and requesting the public’s assistance in finding him.
