CBC’s Emily Brass checks out the outdoor basketball court at Mayfair Recreation Centre at the intersection of Donald Street and River Avenue in Winnipeg, where the non-profit Buckets and Borders is putting the finishing touches on a new, colourful surface, with a big assist from the Winnipeg Sea Bears.
