Police release images of ‘persons of interest’ in Winnipeg homicide investigation

Police are asking the public to help identify two people they describe as “persons of interest” in the February death of Charles Danny Chartrand in Winnipeg.

The 43-year-old was found stabbed and critically injured in an apartment on Fountain Street, between Logan and Alexander avenues in the city’s Centennial neighbourhood, shortly after 3 a.m. on Feb. 3.

He was rushed to hospital but died.

Investigators have since found surveillance images of two people in the area around that time.
