A cyclist is dead after a collision with a vehicle Sunday evening.
Police were called about the collision at Portage Avenue and Woodhaven Boulevard just before 11 p.m.
The female cyclist was treated by paramedics on scene and rushed to hospital in critical condition, but died from her injuries, says a news release from Winnipeg police.
The driver involved in the collision remained at the scene and spoke with investigating officers.
