Several highways across Manitoba have closed due to treacherous driving conditions.
Strong winds and a mix of precipitation, including snow and rain, continue to batter western Manitoba leading to the closures.
As of 3 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20, the following highways are closed.
- Highway 1, from Sidney to the Saskatchewan Border (both directions)
- Highway 20, from Rd 169 N to Camperville
- Highway 272, from Hwy 20 to Duck Bay
- Highway 45, from Town of Russell to Rose burn
- Highway 482 & 83, from Russell to Saskatchewan Border
- Hwy 83, from Russell to North of Roblin
- Hwy 16, Westbound lanes from Fox warren to Saskatchewan Border.
- Highway 5, Westbound lanes from Dauphin to Valley River
- Highway 5, Eastbound lanes from Dauphin to Ochre River
- Highway 10, from Dauphin to Riding Mountain National Park
- Highway 10, from Dauphin to Sclater
- Highway 20, North of Dauphin to Hwy 26
