The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing 28-year-old Kassandra Harper.
Harper was last seen on December 14, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the Inkster Blvd and Powers St area of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Police say that she is known to frequent the Downtown area.
Harper is described as 5’6” in height, with a thin build and black hair and black eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black top, black pants, white sneakers and carrying a black book bag.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for Harper’s wellbeing and is asking anyone with any information regarding their whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
