Premier asks Manitobans for input on design of new plastic health cards

Premier Wab Kinew is asking Manitobans for help in deciding which design to use for the soon-to-be-released brand-new plastic health cards.

The province announced in March that Budget 2024 would include funding to implement a new plastic health card.

This week, Kinew took to his Instagram page to display three draft designs for the new cards.

The first design features a bison on an orange background. The second card is green with a photo of the northern lights. The third design features a polo bear with a blue and yellow background.

“Let us know which one you prefer by commenting below or using the poll,” said Kinew in the post.

The Instagram post will remain open until Sunday at midnight, with the winner being announced shortly after.
