Six of this month’s eight most wanted are individuals who Winnipeg Police say they are actively pursuing in relation to various crime investigations, all in connection with retail thefts.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Gina Settee in regards to several retail theft related investigations, police said. Two warrants have been issued for the arrest of Settee in relation to these investigations.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Katelynn Henry in regards to several retail theft related investigations, police said. Three warrants have been issued for the arrest of Henry in relation to these investigations.

Richard Sumner is serving his second federal sentence; a term of five years and five months for possession of a restricted firearm, unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon, possession for the purpose of trafficking, assault, possession of proceeds obtained by crime and possession of weapon contrary to an order.
Sumner began Statutory Release on Sept. 21, 2023, and on Oct. 24, a Canada wide warrant was issued after it was discovered he had breached conditions of his release, police said.

Arthur Evans is serving his first federal sentence, a term of four years and four months for break, enter and commit.
Evans began Statutory Release on Aug. 30, 2023, and on Nov. 6, a Canada wide warrant was issued after it was discovered he had breached conditions of his release, police said.
