Take a gander at Winnipeg Crime Stoppers’ most wanted for December. You could get cash for tips that lead to an arrest.
This month’s collection of people on the run are wanted for a variety of offences by Winnipeg police and some fled from police when arrest attempts were made.

Cory Cooke is the subject of a warrant of arrest for Impaired operation causing death x2, impaired operation causing harm x4 which occurred in Strathmore, Alta. Cooke is believed to be hiding out in Winnipeg and actively evading police.

On Dec. 11 the Winnipeg Police Service attempted to apprehend Cory Kozmenski in relation to numerous drug related charges at which time he fled from police. A warrant of arrest has been issued for the arrest of Kozmenski in relation to this incident.

Foti Giannakis is the subject for two warrants of arrest, One for Sexual assault x2, Sexual interference x2, Luring via Telecommunications device and the second warrant for Breaching Probation Order in Winnipeg, Mb

Winnipeg police have made several attempts to locate Kaylie Roulette in regards to multiple retail theft-related investigations and for not attending court as directed. Two warrants have been issued for the arrest of Roulette in relation to these investigations.

On Dec. 11 the Winnipeg Police Service attempted to apprehend Kevan Anderson in relation to numerous drug-related charges at which time he fled from police. A warrant of arrest has been issued for the arrest of Anderson in relation to this incident.

Kineve Thomas was arrested for multiple criminal offences and then released in accordance with the Criminal Code of Canada with several conditions. Four warrants have since been issued for Thomas for not following those conditions.

The Winnipeg Police Service has made several attempts to locate Kirk Diamond in regard to drug-related investigations. Four warrants have been issued for the arrest of Diamond in relation to all of these investigations.

Robyn Fontaine was arrested for multiple criminal offences and then released in accordance with the Criminal Code of Canada with several conditions. On July 8, arrest warrants were issued for Fontaine for not following several of these conditions.
