EYE ON CRIME: Crime Stoppers asks for public’s help to find wanted man, break and enter suspect

Winnipeg Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted person and a suspect in a break and enter at a business. To help generate tips, Crime Stoppers released photos.

Clayton Byron Starr is currently the subject of multiple Warrants to Arrest for failing to comply with release conditions related to sexual assault and forcible confinement charges he was incarcerated for. Investigators are attempting to locate Starr in regards to this investigation. Crime Stoppers advises to do not approach Starr as he is considered dangerous.

An unknown person attended to and broke into a building in the 800 block of Sterling Lyon Parkway on May 7, 2024, Crime Stoppers said. The suspect then attended to a storage area within the building and stole property belonging to the victim.

The person in this photo are of interest and may be able to provide police with information about these offences. These images are released for identification purposes only and the subjects may or may not be responsible for the crime indicated, Crime Stoppers said.
