EYE ON CRIME: Police seek help locating a harassment suspect and a thief

Winnipeg Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help to locate a person who might have information about criminal harassment and another who may know about a break and enter. To help generate tips, Crime Stoppers released photos.

Between Sept. 3 and into December, a victim has been criminally harassed by someone damaging property and leaving threatening notes.

Police would like to speak to the person in these photos.

Between Dec. 2 at 11 p.m. and Dec. 3, at 4 a.m., while homeowners were sleeping, the home was broken into and credit cards and monies within the residence were stolen. The credit cards were used shortly after the incident.
