EYE ON CRIME: Police seek help locating assault suspects from two attacks

Winnipeg Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help to locate a pair of suspects who delivered a vicious beating which inflicted life-changing injuries to their victim and another from an assault incident that began on a city transit bus. To help generate tips, Crime Stoppers released photos.
On Sept. 24, a person was viciously attacked by two unknown assailants in the area of Sutherland Avenue and Maple Street. The suspects used both weapons and their fists and feet to inflict injuries on the victim that he will never fully recover from.

On Sept. 8, the victim and the suspect were both passengers on a Winnipeg Transit bus when the suspect made a motion towards the victim that she was trying to hit her. The victim exited the bus near Harkness Avenue and Stradbrook Avenue and was followed by the suspect who then assaulted the victim before fleeing.
