The three victims were transported to hospital and treated for various injuries. A male suspect fled the store before police arrived.

According to police, a teenager had been in the store earlier in the day and was escorted from the premises following an “incident.” The teen later returned to the store and the employees were assaulted with brass knuckles.

A store employee said three others accompanied the teen at the time of the assault.

After the assault, police said the teen fled the scene on foot and a suspect was later found in the 1000 block of Selkirk Avenue and arrested without incident. Police recovered brass knuckles, which were discarded in a nearby yard, and seized them as evidence.
