On Jan. 10, officers conducted a curfew check at Charlette’s court-ordered residence and found him not present. After confirming the breach of his probation conditions, police requested a warrant for his arrest.

Before the warrant was issued, Downtown Foot Patrol officers located Charlette at the Millennium Library on Jan. 11 at approximately 3:20 p.m. He was arrested without incident. Officers also found a small quantity of methamphetamine in his possession.

Charlette has been charged with possession of methamphetamine and three counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
