One lucky Winnipeg ticket holder is almost $100,000 richer following Friday’s Lotto Max draw.

A ticket sold in Winnipeg was among five to win $98,338 after matching six of seven winning numbers plus the bonus. The winning numbers were 3, 18, 26, 28, 37, 39 and 40 with the bonus 16. Three winning tickets were also sold in Ontario and one in British Columbia.
Meanwhile, the $70 million Lotto Max was not won and will carry over to the next draw on Tuesday, Aug. 6 along with 34 $1 million Maxmillion prizes. Three Maxmillion prizes were won Friday, two from tickets purchased in Quebec and one in Ontario.
In the event of any discrepancy between this list and the official winning numbers, the latter shall prevail.
