Man assaulted and robbed on Main Street, police seek public’s help

Winnipeg police responded to a robbery on Main Street on Aug. 24. A man in his 20s was assaulted and robbed of his money and property after leaving an establishment in the area.

According to police, the victim was confronted by a group of three unknown males, one of whom was armed with a knife. The suspects kicked and punched the man, rendering him unconscious, before fleeing the scene. Despite his injuries, the victim declined medical attention.

Police described the suspects as follows: one is Asian in appearance with braided hair, while the other two have brown and black complexions. Due to the limited descriptions provided to them, police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
