Oak Park School in Winnipeg will remain closed on Monday after a bomb threat was made on Sunday evening, according to the Pembina Trails School Division.

In a social media statement, the division confirmed that Winnipeg Police were notified immediately, and officers were sent to the school to investigate.
As a precaution, the school will not open Monday, allowing authorities to thoroughly assess the situation. Students have been advised to check their teachers’ Eds by platforms for updates on remote learning.
Police have not released additional details, but the investigation is ongoing.
