General Patrol members responded and located the suspect still in the area. The male was arrested, the weapon was seized, and the stolen property was recovered without further incident.

While in custody, the suspect was also found to be in possession of a break-in tool, contradicting the conditions of a previous Release Order.

The 21-year-old was charged with robbery, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon, possession of break in instruments and failing to comply with condition of release order.

He was detained in custody.
