Officers were physically confronted as they broke up the fight and while they attempted to control the teen, police said he took a Taser from one officer and bit two of them in the upper body, all while threatening to kill them.

Three officers were injured before placing the man under arrest, with two requiring hospital treatment before being released, police said.

“The male, who was experiencing an agitated chaotic event, was transported to hospital, where he required sedation due to the level of intoxication by various substances,” police said.

The man was charged with three counts of assaulting a police officer as well as disarming a police officer and uttering threats. He is in custody.
